Privacy Policy

Aleen is a self-custodial wallet and trading interface for the Solana blockchain. This policy explains what data is involved in using it — which is very little, by design.

1. Data we collect

If you sign in with email, Apple, or Google: your email address and a login identifier are processed by Privy (privy.io), our authentication provider, to create and secure your self-custodial wallet. Privy acts as a processor for this purpose under its own privacy policy. We use this data only to operate sign-in and wallet recovery — never for advertising, and we never sell it.

Everything else lives on your device:

• Your wallet's private key is generated and secured on your device (and, for sign-in wallets, sharded via Privy so that no one — including us and Privy — holds a complete key). We cannot access or recover your funds.
• Your watchlist, preferences, and local trade history are stored only on your device.
• We run no analytics or tracking of any kind and collect no names, contacts, location, usage data, or diagnostics.

2. Data that leaves your device

To function, Aleen sends requests directly from your device to:

• Solana RPC nodes — to read balances and broadcast transactions you sign.
• Jupiter APIs (jup.ag) — for market prices, charts, and swap quotes.
• News feeds (Google News) — for headlines shown in the app.

These requests can include your public wallet address and transaction data, which are inherently public on the Solana blockchain, and are governed by those providers' privacy policies. We add no tracking to these requests.

3. Blockchain transparency

Transactions on Solana are public and permanent. Anyone who knows your public address can view your on-chain activity. Aleen cannot delete or modify blockchain data.

4. Your control

• Signing out or removing the wallet in-app deletes your keys and local data from the device.
• Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
• To delete the login record held by Privy, contact us at support@aleen.app and we will process the request.

5. Changes

We will update this policy if the app's data practices change (for example, if a fiat on-ramp is added, which would involve a payment provider with its own policy).
